The Health Council focuses on programs and activities in the areas of quality, cost, and access. We bring the diverse stakeholders in our region together, at a single table, to develop and implement strategies and approaches, develop consensus and share different perspectives.

- Public Reporting -- GDAHC has launched two public reports on health care performance -- a Hospital Performance Report and Physician Organization Performance Report -- at www.myCareCompare.org
Community Health Department
- Community outreach for Plan First! program which provides family planning services for low-income women.
- Healthcare Disparities
- Community Health Assessments
- Advocacy and education on issues related to access and the uninsured
- Consumer enmpowerment
- Help with Healthcare Brochure (produced in partnership with BCBSM)
